So, most of our local night owls may think that the pic above-noted is much more pleasant that the video...
Considering that the video could symbolize ecology, and considering as well that the pic could symbolize air transport, the semi-localised tiger deduced that air transport could be a more attractive investment than ecology.
That's what I understood of what partially-localised tiger said last night.
